These terms explain the practical rules that apply to HIITIT Performance services. Any service-specific details are confirmed before you pay.
HIITIT Performance provides personal training, hybrid and online coaching, training programmes, sports therapy and exercise rehabilitation. The scope, price, payment schedule and delivery details for an individual service are confirmed before purchase. Submitting an application does not create a payment obligation or guarantee acceptance.
Training programmes are non-refundable after purchase. Please review the programme description and ask any questions before buying. Where coaching or app access is included, the access period and level of support are confirmed before purchase and cannot be transferred without written agreement.
If you cancel or reschedule a booked session with less than 12 hours’ notice, 50% of the session charge is payable. Give as much notice as possible. If HIITIT Performance needs to cancel, the session will be rearranged or the affected session charge credited or refunded.
Family emergencies, sudden illness and other genuinely unpredictable circumstances will be considered reasonably and in good faith. Contact Jason as soon as practical. Exceptions are assessed case by case and may include waiving or crediting a late-cancellation charge where the circumstances justify it.
A programme or coaching term is not paused automatically. If injury, illness, travel or a major change affects your ability to continue, contact Jason promptly. Any extension, pause, substitution or credit must be agreed in writing and will depend on the service and circumstances.
You are responsible for providing accurate information and telling Jason about relevant changes to your health, symptoms, medication or medical advice. Coaching and calculator outputs are educational and do not replace medical diagnosis or individual dietetic care. Stop and seek appropriate medical support if you experience concerning symptoms.
Results cannot be guaranteed and depend on factors including your starting point, health, consistency, recovery and response to training. HIITIT Performance may pause or end a service where unsafe, abusive or dishonest conduct makes responsible delivery impractical, subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Programmes, videos and written materials are for the purchaser’s personal use and may not be copied, shared, resold or published without permission. Personal information is handled in accordance with the HIITIT Performance privacy policy.
Consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected. If a service-specific written agreement conflicts with this general page, the service-specific terms apply to that service.
